What happens when you are about to enter your second year of NDIS?

Do the Local Area Coordinators actually get it right when it comes to passing on the information you give in your second planning meeting on to the NDIA?

Does the NDIA send you back a plan comparable to that of your first plan?

What happens to people who are nearing the end of their first plan and their next plan has not been approved?

Do services funded in a participant’s plan get suspended between plans should there be a gap or delay in getting the second plan approved?

What happens should a second plan come back that is unsatisfactory and fails to meet a participant’s needs?

Well, I am off to an information session next Tuesday to see if I can find out the answers to these questions and a few more. I’ll keep you posted.
